Terms of Use & Refund Policy

1. The service

Komari ("the extension") is a browser extension that helps you organize and track the manga, manhwa, and webtoons you read. It tracks your reading progress and organizes a personal library; it does not host, provide, or distribute any reading content.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use Komari lawfully and for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the extension, or use it to violate the rights of others.

3. Free and Pro plans

Komari is free to use for up to 12 tracked series with core features. Pro is available as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase and unlocks additional features described on our pricing page. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.

4. Billing & cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider (merchant of record) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Lifetime purchases are one-time and do not renew.

5. Refund policy

If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase by emailing hello.komari.support@gmail.com. Refunds for subscriptions apply to the most recent charge. Refunds are processed by our payment provider. We may decline refunds in cases of evident abuse.

6. Third-party services

Komari fetches data from third-party services (such as AniList and MangaUpdates) to provide features like cover art and new-chapter information. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

7. No warranty

Komari is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Chapter detection and new-chapter alerts are best-effort and may not be accurate for every site or series. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the extension.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted here.
