If you're not satisfied with Komari Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Just email hello.komari.support@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and we'll process it.

Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, refunds apply to the most recent charge within the 14-day window. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Lifetime purchases

One-time lifetime purchases are also covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.

Abuse

We may decline refund requests in cases of evident abuse (for example, repeated buy-refund cycles).
